How soon after building work can you clean?
As soon as the trades are finished — we're used to working to tight handover dates.
Will one clean be enough after major construction?
For heavier jobs we sometimes recommend a rough clean followed by a final detail clean closer to handover — we'll advise once we've seen the space.
Are you insured to work on a construction site?
Yes, fully insured — this is checked before every post-build job we take on.
Do you clean dust out of air ducts and vents, or just surfaces?
Both — construction dust settles inside vents and ductwork, not just on desks and floors, so that's part of the job, not an add-on.
What's the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean clears the big stuff so other trades can finish their work safely; the final clean happens right at the end, once everything else is done, so nothing gets re-dirtied before handover.
