Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Quote requests and contact messages. Your name, company, email, phone number and the details you give us about your building. We use them to reply, arrange a walkthrough and prepare your quote.
• Job applications. Your name, contact details, availability, the areas you would like to work in, and your CV if you send one. We use them to consider you for work.
• Newsletter. Your email address, so we can send occasional cleaning tips and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet and sent to us by email using Google services. Only the people at Office Cleaning London who need it can see them. We do not sell your information, and we only share it with people who help us run the business (for example, our email and spreadsheet provider) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to two years, or longer if you become a client.
• Job applications: up to six months, then deleted.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice.
