A window round built around your building's access, not a script.
From single-storefront units in Fitzrovia to multi-storey office facades in Mayfair and the City fringe, our window cleaning teams are already working across Central London every week. Here's what a contract with us actually looks like.
Walkthrough & assessment
We survey your building's glazing — height, access points and any high-level or hard-to-reach panes — and plan the safest, most efficient approach.
Custom schedule
Weekly, monthly or seasonal rounds built around weather and footfall, so streaky glass never greets your visitors first.
Cleaning & quality checks
Our vetted team cleans to a written checklist using purified water-fed systems, followed by bi-weekly quality inspections under our Tenant Happiness & First Impression Program™.
Ongoing adjustments
Frequency and access methods flex as your building changes — an extension, a new facade, a change in footfall — no renegotiating a contract to add a round.
Products & equipment
Purified, ionised water-fed pole systems for streak-free results without chemical residue, plus traditional squeegee-and-scrim finishing for interior glass and reception screens.
Vetted, trained staff
Every cleaner passes a background check and receives specialist training in safe high-level access and window-cleaning technique. You get a consistent team, not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
Health & safety compliance
Our teams work to Work at Height Regulations for any elevated access, and carry full public liability insurance — important for any building with multi-storey glazing.
Before you get in touch
Do you clean windows inside and outside?
Yes — both. Ground and low-level floors are typically cleaned inside and out; upper floors are cleaned externally using water-fed pole systems, with internal glass cleaned by hand as part of a separate visit or your regular office clean.
Is external window cleaning safe and compliant for our building?
All external window cleaning is carried out under the Work at Height Regulations 2005, using risk-assessed methods — reach-and-wash pole systems for most buildings, with access equipment brought in for anything beyond pole reach. We hold full public liability insurance.
How often should office windows be cleaned?
Most commercial buildings in central London do well with a clean every 4–8 weeks, more often for ground-floor glass exposed to street dirt or buildings near construction. We'll suggest a schedule based on location and exposure.
Will window cleaning disrupt people working near the glass?
Water-fed pole cleaning is done from outside and is quiet and low-disruption. We'll agree timing with you — early morning is popular — so it doesn't interfere with meetings or client-facing areas.
