Office carpet cleaning in the City of London, done overnight.
Long hours, heavy footfall and coffee at every desk wear City office carpet down fast. We use hot water extraction on open-plan floors, corridors and meeting suites after the last people leave, so the floor is ready for the morning.

Large floors, long hours, one planned night.
City offices often run open-plan floors of carpet tiles, with the heaviest traffic along the routes to the lifts, kitchen and printers. Those lanes go grey long before the rest of the floor. Vacuuming keeps the surface tidy, but the dirt that dulls the colour sits lower down, and hot water extraction is what lifts it out.
On bigger floors we split the work into sections and plan it around your building's access rules, security desk and goods lift. Work is booked for evenings, overnight or the weekend, when the floor stands empty, and the carpet is usually dry by the time people arrive.
The price depends on the floor area, how heavily soiled the walkways are and how much furniture we work around, so we walk the floor first and then give you a fixed written price. Upholstered meeting-room chairs can be cleaned in the same visit.

Get Your Cleaning Quote Today01Can you clean a whole floor in one night?
Usually, yes. On very large floors we split it across two nights or a weekend, and agree which areas come first.
02Do you work with our building's security?
Yes. We agree access, sign-in and lift times with you and the building before the visit.
03Can you clean carpet tiles?
Yes. Carpet tiles clean well with extraction. If one is beyond saving, it can be swapped on its own.
04How long until the carpet is dry?
Usually a few hours, so an overnight visit is dry by the morning.
05Can you clean meeting-room chairs at the same time?
Yes. Upholstered chairs and sofas can be done in the same visit.
06Do we need a contract?
No. Carpet cleaning can be booked as a one-off, or once or twice a year.
