City of London, EC2 to EC4

End of tenancy cleaning for City of London offices.

City leases often come with a dilapidations schedule, and cleaning is part of it. Once the movers have gone, we clean the whole floor to handback standard, from tea points to floor boxes, ready for the landlord's surveyor.

Ready for the surveyor.

When a City floor is handed back, the landlord's surveyor checks it against the lease. The cleaning items usually include carpets, kitchens, washrooms, internal glass and any marks left by furniture and fixings. If they aren't done, the landlord can charge you for doing them.

We clean the floor once everything has gone: kitchens and tea points, washrooms, partitions and internal glass, skirting, sills and floor boxes, with marks removed where they'll lift. Carpets can be extracted in the same visit, which many leases ask for.

City buildings have strict rules, so we agree the goods lift, loading bay and security access in advance and give you a fixed written price. We can work to a short completion date.
